How much is shipping?
You can check the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, then login to checkout (you won't place the order until you hit the 'Submit Order' button). You can then view the different shipping options/charges under the 'Ship Via' dropdown under Step 2.
UPS Ground Shipping Transit Times
UPS Ground Shipping takes 2-7 business days after it leaves our Shipping department.
When will my order ship?
If your item displays 'In Stock' it will probably ship within 24 working hours. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. The carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit.
To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the credit card billing address as we can not guarantee transit times for orders shipped to different ship-to / bill-to addresses. In the Continental U.S. we ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day and Priority Mail. Military address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service. International orders are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How can I ship CO2?
Any gas items such as CO2 cartridges and Airsoft green gas can only be shipped UPS Ground.
My order didn't arrive on time.
Your order will ship by the method of your choice. Note: UPS does not guarantee delivery times for ground shipments to any residential address. If you run a business out of your home, it is considered residential. Delivery times are guaranteed only to commercial addresses that are in a "commercial zone". They will provide estimated times of delivery, but they are not guaranteed.
The only guarantee is on Air shipments. If your next day or second day package does not arrive on time, you will need to contact our claims department, and provide them with your invoice #, and tracking #. They will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Please note that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED. This is not from the date received, but from the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us.
Returns
Due to the nature of manufacturing paintball products the following applies to all orders:
All items carry manufactures warranty.
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancelled orders are subject to 50% service charge.
You are responsible for inspecting and noting all damage from shipping companies. Once your items are picked up by the freight carrier they are responsible for all damages.
